MAHA KHABBAZ

Reiki Master & Teacher

Holistic Therapist

ABOUT MAHA

My name is Maha Khabbaz. I am a qualified, experienced and insured Traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho Master practitioner and Teacher (I teach Level I up to Master Teacher Level). I am also a member of the UK Reiki Federation - (which has strict criteria requirements of its members)

and a qualified Holistic Therapist in Naturopathy, Nutrition Therapy, Herbalism and Aromatherapy

I was trained as a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, under the Usui System of Natural Healing, the traditional form of Reiki, which includes mostly Japanese techniques, as taught by Dr. Usui, as well as western methods and I can trace my lineage directly back to him.

Through first-hand experience I was fortunate to be shown how Reiki could reduce and heal many common ailments such as depression, stress, anxiety, unexplainable aches and pains and many other symptoms,(unfortunately), associated with 21st Century life.

The regular treatments I received slowly reduced the daily-recurring pains, depression was lifted quite swiftly and the stress was soon transformed into a more continuous, ongoing, balanced and peaceful state.

This unique experience made me decide to take this path and become a Reiki Practitioner. I believe that we are a trinity of  Body, Mind and Spirit, and when one of these elements is unbalanced, the other two can be affected. Therefore it is vital to try and  maintain the balance and harmony of all three.

Once I experienced the amazing benefits of having Reiki treatments I decided I HAD TO learn more about reiki. I trained to become a Reiki Master and Teacher.

From there on I went on to study and qualify as a Nutritional Therapist, Herbalist, and Aromatherapist.

I treat each person as the whole being we are. A perfect combination of Body, Mind and Spirit (or Soul)

Using diagnosis methods including VedaPulse Diagnosis, asking detailed questions about the person's whole lifestyle and other investigative techniques. Only then is a detailed diagnosis achieved and the appropriate therapy/ therapies carried out.

Apart from Reiki, which addresses all these areas simultaneously, different people respond best to the therapy/ies that appeals to them. Each of us is a unique being and we respond in our own unique way. Therefore there is no such thing as a "one size fits all" solution to our health our wellbeing.

“The natural healing force within each of us is the greatest force in getting well.”
― Hippocrates

I regularly attend Courses for Professional Development training to update my knowledge and skills.

I am fully insured and abide by a strict code of conduct and ethics.
